HELP FOR ORGANISATIONS
3 programmes your organisation needs to have IMPACT
Does your organisation support families in the Early Years?
- Supporting children with all the bells and whistles involved in early years care and education
- Probably working closely with the parents and carers – to share good practice and achieve the best for children
- Importantly you will also be supporting your staff, not just in terms of professional development, but as individuals to ensure their own well being is prioritised
I offer programmes to meet each of these organisational needs.
- Evidence based training for early years staff in consideration of statutory guidance, curriculums, and registration and inspection requirements
- Sensory workshops for parents to support child development, emotional regulation and connection at home, through play
- Introductory sensory workshops (adults who may not work with or have children) This will help them understand their own sensory systems.
My interactive programmes involve sharing theory about how and why our body and brain functions (through our sensory systems).
Also, what we can do – simple strategies towards regulation (balance) and ultimately to build resilience (our ability to cope with adversity).

A WEE BIT ABOUT HOW I CAN HELP
Join me for a wee intro to All Of Me Sensory and find out a bit about how I can help!
how can i help?
I am an Early Years Consultant with a specialism in early childhood development specifically how the sensory systems affect development.
Based on current academic research and evidence on what we now know about neuroscience in the early years, I have developed simple strategies that we can incorporate into daily life, especially through play, to maximise the sensory opportunities we can provide for our little ones.
These principles apply to all of us, which is why my programmes have been adapted and work well for adults, to help them understand the impact their own sensory systems and environment has on their own wellbeing.

TESTIMONIALS
I think this message should be spread to every school, creche and child care provider (and parents). Too many little ones are being failed by the systems, through lack of knowledge and the only way to change this is by educating those in the position of caring for them.
Online vs. In-Person Early Years Training – Which is Best?
Both online and in-person training have their pros and cons. Online learning is flexible, cost-effective, and convenient, making it great for busy practitioners. However, it can feel isolating and lacks hands-on practice.
In-person training offers interactive, practical learning and valuable networking opportunities, but it requires travel and time commitment.
The best option?
It depends on your needs!
Compliance-based topics work well online, while hands-on skills thrive in face-to-face sessions. Blended learning combines the best of both!
So really the choice is yours. you can read more about online vs. in person learning here... and we can discuss all your options on a discovery call (link below) before booking.
